It's Never Too Late

Raymond Albert  Kroc  born October 5, 1902   also known as Kroc
was an
American businessman who joined MacDonalds in 1954

He turned the business into one of the world's largest business and franchises. At the
tender age of 52 !  it all began when he joined the MacDonald brothers and the rest is history.

He bought them out in 1961 because he had a vision and saw with eyes that could dream - a far
greater operation and possibility than what was operating at the time.

He had tried many ways to earn his living prior,  but once he got hold of the opportunity
to utilise his vision and ability to its full potential  - he seized it and powered down along the road
of Success.

Harland David Sanders  Founder of KFC

Colonel Sanders started selling Fried Chicken from a Roadside Restaurant - he started small !

In 1952 when he was 62 he saw the possibilities of developing franchise opportunites.

"Sanders held a number of jobs in his early life, such as a fireman, insurance salesman and running filling stations. He began selling fried chicken from his roadside restaurant in Corbin, Kentucky, during theGreat Depression. Sanders identified the potential of the restaurant franchising concept, and the first KFC franchise opened in Utah in 1952. The company's rapid expansion across the United States and overseas saw it overwhelm him however, and in 1964 he sold the company to a group of investors led by John Y. Brown, Jr. and Jack C. Massey for $2 million."
